First post of 2016, it’s been way too long…. Life gets hectic, your plans fail and then God puts something on you heart and then..BOOM!! New blog post.
This is a micro blog post, but it’s something that I felt the Holy Spirit has been saying over and over.. Peace, relationship and obedience.
For anyone seeking God, I pray that you will feel the peace and Love of God. Remember that he is with you through all of your sufferings and he will deliver you.
12 Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.
Romans 12:12 ESV
Repent, as sin is a huge barrier between you and our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The relationship we have with God can be hindered by our obedience to him, so if you praying for a break through examine you’re life and heart to see whether it lines up with the word of God in all areas.
“Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you—unless, of course, you fail the test?”
2 Corinthians 13:5 NIV
If it doesn’t repent, say you’re sorry and mean it, make changes where necessary and rely on him.
“and saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.””Matthew 3:2
God is all loving, rich in mercy and always on time in moments of crisis.
“If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,” and you make the Most High your dwelling, no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. You will tread on the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent. “Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.””
