Isaiah 43:18-19

Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.

These are probably my favourite bible verses, they give me complete hope for the future. Jesus is our hope and salvation, He wants us to look forward even when things seem like they are falling apart, He tells us to fix our eyes on Him. Through the storm, through the trial He is creating a way that you wouldn’t even think possible. Keep holding on to that hope that He has placed in your heart. He has overcome everything  that the world can throw at you so that you can do the same. Don’t rely on your strength, trust that He will give you what you need each day and He won’t let you down.

A prayer for strength

Heavenly Father, thank you for the person reading this prayer. I pray that your peace will be with them, in their heart. May they know that you are God and that you have the final say over every circumstance. Please fill their heart with the assurance that they are precious in your sight and loved beyond all measure. Please lift their burden Lord and protect them from the enemy. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
